Toneworks is a growing interdisciplinary therapy organization serving individuals of all ages and ability levels through the Twin Cities. We are a collaborative clinical community where our therapists work with trained professionals to create services focused on the whole person, and not just a diagnosis, discipline, or predetermined model of care. Our work happens across clinics, schools, community settings, and innovative programs like our Therapeutic Learning Center. What You’ll Do
At Toneworks, you’ll have opportunities to build a varied clinical practice across individual sessions, therapeutic groups, schools, community settings, interdisciplinary programming, and community partnerships. You’ll be responsible for the full clinical process while having the opportunity to learn from professionals whose expertise is different from your own.

You won’t practice in isolation. Within Toneworks, you’ll work alongside other music therapists, speech-language pathologists, recreational therapists, and program and support professionals.
Our broader collaborative network also includes occupational therapists, behavioral professionals, nursing and medical providers, adaptive movement and yoga professionals, educators, case managers, residential teams, and other specialists involved in the lives of the people we serve.
We don’t expect you to become an expert in every discipline. We expect those relationships to make you a better music therapist while your expertise makes the people around you better at what they do.
