Abi is a Board Certified Music Therapist at Toneworks Music Therapy Services, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. Abi has experience working with individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease and a wide range of other developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. Abi also has experience practicing medical music therapy with infants, children, and adults at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Abi is passionate about music therapy and about helping their clients gain the skills and confidence needed to support their success in all aspects of life. Their biggest focus is helping their clients to grow and reach their goals with evidence based music therapy practice. In addition to music therapy sessions, Abi offers adapted lessons for piano, guitar, ukulele, and voice. Abi is thrilled to be a part of the Toneworks team and to support her clients in any way they can!
